FAQ

Q: I just ordered artwork (yay!), when will it be shipped?


A: All prints are made-to-order: I place my orders with the local printing company I use (shoutout to Club Card!) on FRIDAY's of every week, and pick them up the following week. Orders are thus shipped (generally) at least a week after purchase, and a tracking # will be emailed to you! If there are any delays in shipment, expect a lovely email from me keeping you in the loop!

Q: How are my orders packaged?


A: For the most part, I try to use repurposed materials when I gently wrap each art piece. Expect a card-board backing and a plastic sleeve to keep the artwork safe. As I reuse materials for sustainability reasons, please expect occasional mixed-matched wrapping and possibly different materials with each order: and I encourage you to REUSE my packaging too! A little goes a long way for our lovely planet!

Q: How can I be sure 10%-50% (depending on the product) of my purchase will be donated?

A: A donation receipt will be included in your package confirming the donation from YOUR specific purchase. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!

Q: Why is shipping so expensive?

 
A: I am a one-woman business and it is important for me to ensure a safe delivery of your order! Therefore, I always opt for a tracking number to provide to you: meaning slightly increased prices. Shipping artwork of this size is typically around ~$15 within Canada and ~$20 internationally. Thank you for your understanding! I hope to set up contactless pick-up for locals in the near future (which would eliminate shipping costs for locals).
